OMG !! And I wish I had a tape of me and my wife trying to get Direct TV started up at our Wisconsin house. We have DTV here at our main residence in Illinois and this seemed to be really confusing to the variety of people we spoke to with Indian accents who were named Cheryl and Barbara etc.

Anyhow after 2 hours, they, being unfamiliar with US geography gave us Chicago local TV off the satellite like we have in IL, (noting we used that for our billing address for both) which works out just fine since I get Millwaukee TV no problem over the air and wanted Chicago locals anyhow in WI.

Amazing how dumb the service people are on this call ! .. neilkaz ..
