Why is this a double

It helps to realize that in a blitz, if you have ten checkers in the zone and your opponent is on the bar with an otherwise weak position, then the position is often a drop or close to one. Here you have 11 checkers in the zone. Of course, you're the one on the bar, not your opponent! However, you have an awful lot of hitting rolls and your opponent's three semi-dead checkers on her deuce point are a significant factor. If you hit and your opponent dances then you typically lose your market because you have so much ammunition up front and your opponent's defense is weak.
It's also important that your opponent's blots are positioned vulnerably; if they were tucked away back on the 24pt and 23pt then it would be harder to attack them.
OTB I wouldn't have been sure that this was a double but I would certainly have stopped to think about it because it looks close.
