Correct.

We started those when we introduced the new rules back then :-)

There were some rotations in the "TU" (Tournament Committee) a few times, and along the way the rulings stopped flowing.

I'm actively back in TU now, together with a few people who are very experienced former TU members, and I think we should pick up on this again.

Focus the last year has been elsewhere, but it's a very good idea to do. Preferably, such a decision should be published whenever we hear reports about disputes or even players asking for a committee verdict on a TD ruling - those instances are the most important to catch and correct (especially if the TD has ruled "wrong" in the eyes of the TU.
