8/5*/1, trying to get home while the bot is on the bar looks very tempting. It is easy to see that playing save now leaves many shot numbers next. The easy thing to do is to ignore shots after 8/5*/1 down the line, and to be biased towards pick and pass because of the gammons that we could win at other scores. I pay now 8/5*/1 but guess it is a close decision and would not be that surprised if 6/3 6/2 would be better. Nudge the blot on the mid forward, and playing safe will become best I guess (depending on the amount of nudging).
