David: 51S-62 and 63 I don’t have good rollouts for these because I don't think they are close. The DMP play is the same as the money play – run. If you know your opponent will split, it argues for an opening 51S.

Nack: 51S-62 d[R S20] /5, and 51S-63 d[R S46] /5. Say ((25% x 20) + (15% x 46)) / 18 = .66.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think you're underestimating number of players who will play split with 62 and 63.
