Assuming that I always play 41S and 51S, my opponent only has the chance to make this play approximately 0.15% of all games (4/36 * 1/36 *1/2). That's only once out of every 648 games.

Aren't your 41 and 51 rolls only 2/36 (1/36 each), because rolling 41 and 14 is not the same - if dice fall differently - your opponent wins opening roll.
So, once out of ever 1296 games.

I based my prediction on my opponents, who are way below championship level, and even they played 11N less than 50% of time. So I thought in higher division, players would play better :)
