I remember a certain accomplished bot developer having said that the level of difficulty of a given decision is reflected in the duration of a rollout, and the disparity between evaluation and the rollout result (but I assume it correlates less with the number of possible legal plays, even though you cannot botch a forced move?), or is that bot-dependent? Although it is to a certain extent 'user-specific' and elusive, would it be at all possible to operationalize the concept of difficulty more precisely so that it could be implemented and utilized in bot analysis results?
