By coming out you put pressure on his 13 point, and the blots sitting there. You would probably rather he didnt roll a 1 or 2, but it isnt the end of the world if he does, you will probably have some returns, and maybe a few more if he hits with a 6. Even if you do not hit the shot you now have a better timed ace point game. Then, the numbers for him that dont hit are good for you because that blot on the 18 will continue to cause problems bearing in.
