1) 13/4 - We have serious race problems, so let's just start building a decent home board for the long term. Then White probably has a double and Blue a reluctant take.
2) S (24/23 13/11) - The opponent has an anchor so we also need an anchor. We don't have enough covering numbers to splot. It's better not to run up because the opponent already has 10 checkers in the zone.
3) 24/23 14/13 6/5*/4 - Race and score scream "play safe!" so even if it's ugly I play safe. A good candidate when trailing could be 24/22 11/10 6/5* and then cube if missed.
4) 8/5 6/5 - I see no reason not to make the 5pt.
5) No Redouble/Take - Wastage is similar, so for money it would be a clear Redouble/Drop. But here the doubling window is 84% to 89% so unless I am playing (as intermediate player) against a Giant32 I'm not going to put all the match stakes on a couple of dice rolls.
