The take is the easy part, but is it a double?
Blue hits 13 times, let's say he wins 12 of those. Of the 19 non-hits he's in bad shape, he'll probably get doubled out soon unless he is able to catch up in the race or hit a fly-shot. Let's say he wins 2 of those, that gives a total of 14 single wins.
So because it's Jacoby, when he doesn't double his equity is -8/36.
When he doubles he can win a gammon when he hits. Let's say he can win 5 gammons out of his 13 hits. Adding up all the numbers gives an equity after doubling of -2/36.
So I would say it's a Double/Beaver.
