The takepoint is 25% rather than 21.5%. White has a better board, 25 pip lead, and is threatening to hit one or both of the checkers in his home board, putting 2 or 3 in the air. 3 advantages usually means its a pass, but this looks like a take(only 9 in the zone, stripped 8 point/brown has 2 feet down, and his 9 point). Double/take.
