"a side having all its checkers on one point when the opponent has at least 4 on the bar"

"a side having all its checkers on the 24-pt while the opponent has none in his home board"

Are you sure about those two cases being impossible to reach? Some other impossible positions are both players being closed out, and a player having all 15 checkers on a point immediately behind a 5 prime with opponent on roll.
