If the roll were 41, I would play W (slotting the 5pt) in a heartbeat. Even here, with only the option of slotting the 4pt, I like W (Wild, Bar/21 6/4), agreeing with Turz.

To be right, a W play that slots the 4pt (while leaving a shot there) usually needs to be boosted by duplication, and that seems to be the case here. Without the duplication of 3s, I'd be inclined to settle for S, Z or U (depending on the exact position).
