Count Opp's bad rolls. There are about four of them. And about 20 great numbers that make a 6 prime or escape or both. And the rest leave him better off than you, since they make his 4 point and either clear the bar or leave a blot there. After your 6/3 and Opp's play, you're most likely to end up with a four point board and no bar point -- or a three point board. If you play 7/5 6/5, you're much more likely retain a playable position for another turn or two, you turn 3 of Opp's great numbers (4-4 and 4-5) into terrible ones, make 4-1 and 4-2 less good, and even turn some of sixes into losing numbers, since you'll have a direct shot after some of them (and a 5 point board to back up those hits with).
