I don't think the substitutes list has been published here?
World: Stick Rice Robert Wachtel
Denmark: Thomas Myhr Henrik Løber
As for the US, ehm I mean World, there are no big surprises - neighter Stick nor Bob requires any introduction.
But the Danish substitutes I think are somewhat surprising. Myhr at least is a surprise to me, I would probably have picked 5 other players before him, but I don't know if those other players were available to the team. I don't think Myhr is well known outside Denmark, where he's playing mostly in the team league for Temple. He's probably the most under-estimated player on the team - but I think his lack in "big games" and "titles" make him a bit of an unknown in this setup.
Løber is a refreshing surprise on the list. While also unknown outside Denmark, the current individual and team Danish Champion has enjoyed a lot of success recently, and was also the last player to be named GM in the new DBgF title system. It would be fun to watch him play vs. the giants of the world, and see if he can keep his cool at that level.
The world team must smile at the fact, that players such as Thomas Jespersen, Mikael Jensen, PJT, Steen Gronbech and the most winning Danish player of all time Karsten Bredahl, didn't make the list. I know that players of the caliber like Falaffel and Kazaross probably don't care much who they play - but I'm sure they will happily accept the few percentages they can get from the Danish team not being the strongest one available.
