Player with the world's lowest PR missing from the Nordic?

I don't think there is any danes who could play with a lower PR than Stick. You always have a story about Sander play 0,5 average or something like that, but often when I see a match analyzed by him (for exampel last year) it is not that great (I still recognize that he plays with a very low average PR of course, but I am not convinced he is de facto best).

Another contender would be Gus, I haven't seen much by Gus except that he plays very good. But stick once played 50 matches online with a PR of 2.1, I have never seen anyone else do that.
