That doesn't sound right. While I have no knowledge of what went on behind the scenes, surely the most important factor was availability. If someone can't or doesn't want to be on the team, then they're not going to be on the team.

Hansen, Lylloff, and Trabolt certainly have name recognition, but I don't think the others are better known than Bredahl and Gronbech.
