Fair Settlement ?

On my prior roll, she had 2 men behind the 5 prime- I cubed her to 16( thought it was a pass, but, she took it. She rolled a 6-5 on her roll, and hit the man that i had moved to midpoint. I incorrectly reasoned that she could have dropped it for 8- so, give her a settlement of less than 8( against other players would not have been so nice).
