1. With big boardage, seek big blottage. So the first thing I look at here is how to maximize my own blot count. Breaking anchor is the obvious way to create blots, but I don't see what we gain by doing so. Leaving a blot on the 18pt gains on White's 66, but that's only one out of 36 rolls. The question is whether we actually want to upgrade to the barpoint anchor. It's possible, but I'm not sure. If we don't break anchor then it's either build the board with 11/9 8/4 or try to use pips efficiently with 13/9 8/6. QF says break anchor but OTB I probably wouldn't.
2. At DMP I think we just try to get our checkers around. 24/22 13/8.
3. The first question in my mind is whether 16/11 16/10 is the DMP play. I think it is although I'm not certain. If White doesn't throw an immediate 6 then 16/11 16/10 certainly jacks up our winning chances. If White does throw a 6 then we're not happy in any case; getting hit on the way out is bad but we often get a return shot, and even if we don't hit back right away, our front position is strong so a later hit will also be very powerful. Anyway, it seems clear that 16/11 16/10 will lose more gammons than 13/8 13/7. I guess I play the obvious 13/8 13/7 though I'm not at all sure.
4. Doesn't look like there's much danger of losing a gammon here, but I have a hard time estimating our winning chances. D/T is my guess.
5. There's a decision similar to this one in Trice's Boot Camp, but unfortunately I don't remember it exactly. Anyway, I play the natural 13/10 8/7* here. Especially with the cube already turned I see no reason not to hit the second blot.
