Surely far more than 1/10,000 would consider an anchor-breaking play. There's one person in my (consulting) chouette who always kibitzes, "Feel free to leave blots" whenever the box leaves two or more blots in his home board. I'm sure I would consider breaking anchor here. Deciding that breaking anchor is the right play, however, is another matter.

There is a hella sweet gain on 61 62 66 and no real downside.

I missed 61 but I don't see the gain on 62. There is a potential downside; if the opponent rolls well then you'll want to re-anchor, but might not be able to do so on demand.
