Exactly.

I had a couple of service people to my home in the last few days -- one for a pool problem, one to inspect the a/c systems for the summer.

Each informed me, w/o prompting, that I could not sell my home w/o serious modifications to the pool and to the a/c systems because of new federal regulations. The home is only 15 years old.

Government interference is really out of control.
