Although I agree with Timothy that having the real winning numbers would be great, I don't think that the answer is in how the winning numbers are calculated.

The reason is that with cube access, when you joker, you sometimes voluntarily reduce your cubeless equity because you are going to cube out on the favorable sequences anyway, and want to avoid counter-jokers. Or at least those are my two (valuable Euro-) cents.
