I knew that I could count on you to provide the requested legal education. I will study this indictment.

Bank fraud is serious. When I read the DOJ brief, I felt that bank deception would be a very difficult legal challenge to the Defendants. Also, it seems to be quite arrogant to operate in States which specifically prohibit internet gambling. For instance, Play65's rules prohibit gambling from the nine States which outlaw internet gambling.
