I had seventy grand in Neteller several years ago. When they made internet gambling illegal I let it sit, hoping it would be appealed. I was getting ready to withdraw thirty grand to pay taxes on it the day they froze the account. Pissed me off because they had shut off a big source of income, and were going to hit me with a big tax bill on it, and now they had frozen the funds I had was going to use to pay. I had to borrow to pay the tax bill.

I knew others with way more money in their accounts. We had to wait about six months, but then Neteller worked out a deal with the government to allow withdrawals, and we all got our money.
