I double in a heartbeat. Opportunities, likely for a number of rolls, to pick up a second and possibly third checker exist. Opponent, with no gammon risk, huge pip lead, eight off, and possible immediate escape, has an easy take with recube possibilities -- such is the beauty of match play backgammon.
