It really depends now since these intermediaries are potentially being targeted for money laundering. It might not be so easy to find a middleman now to process those cheques. I think it is a bit of wait and see situation. My gut feel is that I don't think this will be a smooth or easy process. I'm not saying people won't get their money, it may just be a longer process than many will prefer.
