Anchor or Hit?

So high anchor if that is likely to be difficult later (other checkers on the 24), cusp if chances to establish a high anchor is reasonably likely (split back checkers), hit if establishing a high anchor is likely (two high anchor points slotted). That would be my way to summarize, and in retrospect is logical. Nice series of positions!
