yes using the 1 will generate the same seed and yoour rollout will be equivalent to the one resulting from fixing the original one with the fixing toll.

I do remember you have quite a few rollouts that were made in version 1.04. Rerolling with verion 1.21 will give slightly different result as 1.04 was using a 21 dice rotation which was replace by the usual 36 dice rotation in 1.10 and later.
