Position 2 - rollouts of two variants

In general all of these opening point plus 66 vs nothing positions are cubes.

I've heard before that both bar points + one new home board point means double, if opponent is still with both checkers on his 1pt.

Can this be generalized to all positions where he has both checkers still in our homeboard, no matter of their position (unless it is advanced anchor)?
