It may look ugly, but I would be surprised if the right play is not E (Each, 18/13(2) 6/1*(2)), in part to get White's remaining back checker out of Blue's hair. Blue can surely cash the 4 fans, and can probably cash or near-cash about a dozen entering numbers, and the rest of the numbers (except 55) he can still cube.

By contrast, after B (Both 18/8(2)), Blue will have only one midpoint spare and several awkward numbers, including 63 and 54, which leave a direct shot. He will probably cube based on the race, but I think it will be a trivial take.
