Regarding the problem evoked there, would it be possible to determine some good practice for stopping rollouts at some number of JSDs ?

Something like "if you stop at 3 JSDs, you really want to have max-trials/min-trials < some-number". I guess some-number would be smaller for 2.3 JSD and higher for 4.

And would it help to have this stopping happen only at multiples of 36 trials instead of anytime ?
