XQ fix - failed this test

I have run a test on the XQ fix for opening rolls. The first rollout was done with the database enabled. The second is that rollout after running the fix application. The third rollout is an original that was performed with the database disabled. I used the same seed of course. The second and third rollouts are not identical. I am challenging whether or not the fix application is working. At this point in time, I don't trust the fix. I would encourage someone else to run this test or a similar test in case I have made a mistake.
