So I went and looked it up. If Blue passes he has 21%; if he takes and wins he has 37%; if he takes and loses he has 16%. So the raw take point is slightly less than 25%. Recube vig should be more powerful than for money. So I'll stick to my decision of D/P for money and D/T ATS.

4. ... I play 10/4 and then choose between 20/14(2) and 13/7(3).

That should be 20/14(3).
