It turns out that someone else did do a rollout of the above position (I just found the post). We therefore have further evidence to add to this evidence that GnuBG 0-ply rollouts produce satisfactory early game results:

43Z-61P-33c-51 [U S3 $8] /7 (0-ply, Leobueno)
43Z-61P-33c-51 [U S4 $9] <20 (David)

At any setting, it is having an adequate number of trials (5k minimum, preferably more) that really matters more for reliability.
