A lot of ways to play this number, most of them aiming at the 5 point either by slotting or bringing in more builders. By hitting, Blue goes a little impure, but stops White from just bolting with a 6, exploits the 3-dup, and follows the maxim "Attack one"
2: 8/5 6/5
Here I choose the other option for Blue. This time Blue gets to actually make the 5 point which will also help his attack next turn. Furthermore most 6s for white still leaves a shot at the runner or the blot, or otherwise a stripped outside position.
3: b/22(2) 6/3(2)
With 5 on 6 I think unloading takes priority, Blue still has builders on 3 points for the 5 pt.
4: 11/7 11/8
I like this play that seems to keep Blue's position most together. (Some high-powered analysis there...)
5: Double/take
Keith has adjusted counts of 52 : 51 which is 1 point shy of a money take, translating to ~20% gwc. White's TP AtS is 16% for the match so the take should be easy enough. It is probably also close enough to drop that it is correct to cube, 66, 55, 22, 11, 65 all seem to be fairly big MLs.
