Again, I have never made that claim. The post you linked to is a reply to a longer thread, specifically you need to start with this post and then move on to my reply.

The use of "I" in my reply might have thrown you but I thought it was clear what I meant. Think of "I" as the universal "you" in my reply and it should clear things up, especially in the context of the entire thread where I made it clear I think it's possible that someone can average a 2 PR or under given that special set of circumstances but not that I, or anyone else, could do it at present.
