For money with Jacoby, I like 18 and 7*. The hit takes away a lot of his hits on your jumper, and if things go wrong your opponent is never getting an efficient cube. You don't have to worry that much about the multitude of blots because it's unlikely he'll ever be able to double you in (well, not in the next couple rolls). If you get away with this play, your numbers are fairly nicely diversified with large numbers playing well on the far side and small numbers playing well on the near side of the board.
