Denmark v. World Final Match

As a member of the world team, I can assure you that this finale did not look to the spectators like two bots playing, and that it was anything but "frigging boring." I cannot speak for the Danes, inasmuch as they communicated with one another in their own language, which I don't understand; but believe me, our team agonized endlessly over a number of decisions. In retrospect, having consulted the bots, some of those decisions look easy. But they were not: and the fact that we got the more important ones right (with a good deal of our own money on the line) is merely a testament to our patience and teamwork, and the fairness and non-egotism of our captain, Falafel, who sacrificed his own strong opinion to the consensus in a few key situations.
As someone who holds himself out as a backgammon teacher, I would expect to have a bit more respect for (and "interest" in) the achievements of those of us who have spent countless hours studying the game. Would you really find it "frigging boring" if a few of your students, after many years, were able to consistently play at a low error rate?
