1) It seems that many people here don't want to see a rollout together with the question. So it's more appreciated by the majority if you first post the question and then (after at least 24 hours) the rollout.
Of course you didn't know that, so don't worry. Just pay attention next time.

2) Concerning the take/pass decision, the possible reasons for a take are IMHO (in descending order of importance):
- your 40-pip race lead;
- your bar anchor;
- the blot on Black's 2pt;
- your 4-point board.
