USBGF Collegiate Summer Program--Outside the US as well

In answer posed to me by one of my students in another country, there is no reason why a college student in another country cannot participate...they are also most welcome. Of course, they will need to join the USBGF as well to be eligible and they will reap all the other terrific rewards of being a member.
