1. It's either anchor and hit, or make the 4pt. Hitting gives White bad 6's from the bar (except 64) but quite a few return shots. Still, White's 5's mostly play fine in any case. Not sure but I'll hit. 24/22 13/7*.
2. Always make the 5pt? But here we have to break the 8pt and leave a bunch of shots to do so. I think that we're ahead enough in the race that I'd play 24/21 15/11.
3. Always make the 5pt? Once again I think it's better to hit. White has a nice prime developing and hitting prevents her from making another point right away, and also takes away a builder. She might make a high anchor but we can't have everything. 21/14*.
4. What's our gammon value? Losing a single gives us 16%, winning a single gives us 43%, and winning a gammon gives us 57%. That's not much above normal, so I think that 4/1*(2) 5/2* plus some other 3 is too aggressive, risking a fourth checker sent back when White's front position is still fairly strong. However, 4/1*(2) seems to gain a lot with no risk, so those are my first two 3's. Our front checkers seem to be well-placed already so I guess I play 21/15 4/1*(2).
5. If White drops she has 64%, if she takes and loses she has 57%, if she takes and wins she has 84%. That's close to a normal raw take point, but slightly elevated. Gammon values are slightly elevated. So my guess is it's not far from a money-game cube decision. With three Blue checkers back I think White can take. Blue can certainly roll some awkward numbers. However, I think Blue has enough of a lead in the race and in board strength to double. D/T.
