I'll admit that I only listened to less than half of it, as background, and it is quite shocking how dumb some people are.

At McD's (I go a couple times a month for breakfast since I know a steady diet of that crap isn't too good for you) I have had a bill of $4.07 and given the cashier a dime to go with my 5 and seen them have difficulties since they had already punched in $5.00 and want to give me 93 cents change rather than my desired $1.03 so I don't end up with a pocket full of coins.
