The online documentation has not been updated yet since I don't seem to be able to amend it on the website myself. However the addition to documentation would be something like:

Bit 67 is the Jacoby flag (0 for Jacoby "On" and 1 for Jacoby "Off")

If you ask if it is a typo that the logic is reversed. It isn't. It is deliberate to give an appropriate default to old GNUBG MatchID's that always have bit 67 as 0. Since we don't know what the Jacoby flag was for a money session in an old ID we make the assumption that Jacoby was on (0).

Frank Berger (BGBlitz) and Xavier (XG) will be adding support in the near future to their products to support this change.
