I feel a lot more comfortable taking the cube with U (Up, bar/21 24/22) than with any other play. This gives Blue a good chance to make an anchor, or hit a blot in the outfield (and hitting while escaping is worlds more desirable than hitting while breaking the midpoint).

After H (Hit, bar/23 13/9*), Blue's position is in shambles with all three back checkers way behind the prime (and 13 return shots send back a fourth), and he suffers a great loss of outfield control by comparison. (Even if he is missed, his anchoring and offensive point-making numbers are duplicated.) After H, White must surely pass.
