Regarding the Nactation itself, $ is inappropriate here because 6/5 does not move to a vacant point. D is better, but you can do better still without relying on assumption.
H is what I would typically use here; it can only mean 13/11 6/5* because the hit comes with a down convention (come down with an unstated portion of a hit play), and that is different from assumption. Also unambiguous is N (half the play in each Near-side quadrant).
