The reason is that my players are a mix between gentlemen and professionals and the professionals take advantage for that.

I'd like to hear how any modern day 'professionals' take advantage of playing with clocks.

Years ago in Velden, in the second turn of the Masers, Mario Sequeira take an advantage against Hormoz Shahrokhshahi, that loose in 20' a 13 points match.

Are you talking about clocks without a delay? If so, leave them out of the discussion, they have nothing whatsoever to do with modern clock usage. Otherwise again I'd like to hear how he 'took advantage'.
