My thinking is that I want to hit rather than make the anchor, to make sure that I play against 2 back and have a race lead, but I suspect making the anchor is a contender. Then with the 4, I don't want to strip the midpoint, so 24/20 13/10*. We may very well end up making the anchor on the next turn.

If making the anchor is right, I am still undervaluing the anchor. If 13/10* 13/9 is right, then I really don't understand.
