Recently I ordered a McChicken with lettuce but no mayo. They gave me one with no mayo but also no lettuce. I took it back and asked them to put in the lettuce. They handed it into the back, and waited on someone else...and then someone else. I then broke in to ask what became of my sandwich, and they handed it back...five minutes colder and still no lettuce!

What happened next? Considering I'd had no coffee yet, I don't recall what I said too well...but pretty soon the manager was personally making me a new McChicken, with lettuce and no mayo, and also giving me my money back.

Moral: In our world there do exist people on the right-hand side of the IQ bell curve, but you may have to kick around a bit of stuffing to find them.
