Reminds me of Monopoly with white having lots of that funny money to buy the entire outfield. Blue will certainly stub his toe if he ever manages to stick it out there; even if he does, he be somewhat hard-pushed to pay the rent.

I like doubling here! Blue's unlikely to gain access to the cube for a very very long time! I'd pass for this reason.

Technically, PRAT would give you a glimmer of a take but with PAT; less so. Pat's a wonderful girl, not like that prat who'll be only too happy to lead you a merry dance.
