Ray Fogerlund has the highest PR listed, yet he wins more than any of the others. This is because he is not only a very, very good player (as evidenced by the bot PR definition) but also because he has mastered the other, non-technical aspects of the game that many of the top players in the world all but ignore (...)

Other aspects like: lack of fair-play, for example.
